I’ve led national compliance reviews, advised senior executives, and managed teams across departments including Public Safety Canada, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, Employment and Social Development Canada, and the Office of the Secretary to the Governor General. My work has contributed to policy and program improvements, recovery of public funds, and strengthened program delivery through evidence-based decision-making and collaborative leadership. Recently graduated from the Aspiring Directors Program and a current protégé in the PS Sponsorship+ Program, I am actively preparing for executive-level responsibilities.
