The Firm: • represents clients in civil litigation, commercial and residential landlord and tenant, collection and appellate matters; • represents clients in first-time DUI and misdemeanor criminal offenses; • advises clients regarding basic estate planning and prepares basic estate planning tools to meet those needs, including general durable powers of attorney, powers of attorney for health care, wills, pre-marital agreements and conveyance deeds; • reviews and prepares commercial and residential leases and home builder contracts; • conducts due diligence closing and condominium document review for real property purchasers; • creates business entities consistent with client's business purposes; • prepares appointment of substitute trustee’s deeds, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, trustee’s deeds and recession deeds for foreclosure firms; • prepares deeds for settlement companies for closings; • acts as stand in counsel for appearances and hearings and other representation for other law firms to mitigate their legal expenses for their clients consistent with conflict-of-interests rules.
