Throughout the last 25 years being involved in all levels of Manufacturing, Construction and Custom designed industries in all areas, and throughout I have gained great diversity that has allowed me to grow my career and support continued success. As a professional my roles in Welding, Steel fabrication, site construction in Oil & Gas, Mining, Commercial Site Construction, Agricultural, and Specialized Welding Operations have all taught me a great understanding of business needs through customers perspective and what resources are needed to achieve planned arrangements. I have managed and maintained my career path with; Journeymen Red Seal Welding certification, Construction Safety Officer, Trades Safety Coordinator, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement This training growth within my career has created diverse knowledge of all Industry business education and certification to sustain my path. Certified Lead Auditor of ISO9001, Quality Root Cause Analysis & Investigation, and focus forward on Certified Quality Manager / Organizational Excellence.
