Due to working worldwide in the Oil & Gas industry, I've gained valuable operational experiences while working for an Operator with direct Supervision over Drilling Contractor and 3rd Party Personnel and Services. This includes operations related to drilling, completions, well intervention (including Subsea LWI - Light Well Intervention), remediation (fishing, plug setting, casing exit/milling/sidetrack, wellbore opening/reaming/cleaning, slick-line, E-Line, logging) and temporary and/or permanent well abandonment operations. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Well Systems Equipment and Services (Casing, Tubing, Hanger Systems (Tubing and Casing), Liner Hanger Systems, Pack-off/Seal assemblies, Tieback and Riser (Drilling & Production) Systems, Wellhead and X-Mas Tree Equipment (Surface & Subsea), Manual and Actuated Valves (Hydraulic and Pneumatic), Chokes and Blow Out Prevention (BOP) Equipment. • Knowledgeable in all areas of Oil & Gas Infrastructure: Shop/Aftermarket Operations, Purchasing/Procurement, Equipment Integrity, Refurbishment, Repair & Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Engineering (QE), QA/QC, Manufacturing, Welding, Metallurgy, Commissioning, Testing & Assembly, Logistics and HSE. • Strong Project Management skills, highly detailed with an Engineering and Technical background. Team lead for design reviews of Well Systems equipment and technically responsible for the generation and endorsement of Engineering Statement of Requirements (SOR or Functional Specification), Technical File Notes (TFN), Engineering Part Specifications (EPS), Terms of Reference (ToR), Procedures/Manuals/Drawings/Decision Metrics, Field Service Manuals (FSM), Work Instructions (WI) and capturing of Project Lessons Learned (LL). • Strong Quality (QE, QA/QC) oriented background, including leading teams in the generation and implementation of multiple Quality Plans (QP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Manual System (QMS) for suppliers. Excellent working relationship with shop and 3rd Party Personnel. Excellent understanding of processes associated with Non-Conformance (NCR) System for suppliers, timeliness closing out of NCRs and reassurances towards no future reoccurrences. Provided Technical sign-offs on Variation Orders (VOs) and Deviation Requests (DRs) with the assurance that this did not affect Fit, Form or Function of Equipment. • Good working knowledge of Extended Reach and Horizontal Drilling Operations. Including Well design (casing, tubing, drill string and wellbore fluids) and analysis of real time drilling conditions.
