Presently working with MTN as a Field sales Agent, driving MTN products and prepositions, Ensuring the availability of VTU stocks for retailers, Recruitment of Sim registration officers (SRO),Recruitment of Momo agents and floating of there accounts, Acquiring, Naturing of all Agents within my Territory. Also ensuring all devices are active with good GCs. deployment of collelaterals/ branding items making my location very feasible. these are the few things I do along querry resolution while covering my cluster, The entire Bokkos local government Area of Plateau State as an FSA. Before now was working as a social worker where i have partnered as a representative of my organization on the Technical Working group of Plateau State Child Protection Network, developed partnerships with state agencies like the National Directorate for Employment, Ministry of Women Affairs, Ministry of Community development and cooperatives as well as the state Agricultural Development Projects. This has led to the implementation of technical vocational training for young persons from Vulnerable House-holds and also setting -up of income generating activities in a value-chain model that spans live-stock management, cropping, grains processing, branding, packaging and retailing, managed by caregivers from vulnerable households. I have also successfully adapted unique approaches in integrating and mainstreaming parenting skills, Nutrition, sanitation/hygiene (WASH) education using the economic strengthening component as a vehicle. In addition supporting some communities to set-up social safety nets through the facilitation of social businesses which are run to meet needs and generate profit for the support of other vulnerable members. Aside facilitating trainings directly and training trainers (PEER EDUCATORS) across the state on contextualized practical approaches of the Village Savings and Loans approach, Micro-enterprise fundamentals as well as Child social and financial education, I also worked with other field officers and community facilitators while supporting community based organizations at the program locations to strengthen their systems and processes of governance for smoother program implementation. Furthermore, I worked with HIO people to render care and support to people living with HIV AND AIDS. I have strong communication, an interpersonal and organizational skill which is pivotal in supporting and working with communities.
