About Michael Adrounie

Working efficiently by managing fellow employees on the path toward achieving goals and success are attributes I thrive from and look forward to building upon from previous and future experiences as both a Terminal & Inside Sales Manager. Being reflexive to internal questions and issues has been paramount for me in gaining respect from and supporting co-workers. I look to advance not only production numbers for current employees but their careers options and overall future performance as well. I find that prompt, concise, well-thought out, and efficient communication is needed not only internally but externally and that the communication benchmark between current employees, supervisors, and customers should always be improved upon through continued training, assistance, and managerial support. With these facets in place and a commitment to continual improvement I would look to retain more employees moving forward while increasing our sales revenue and footprint regionally.Through a continued focus on using industry knowledge, analytics and information to support not only internal employees but outward sales efforts I hope to continually improve not only myself but also support those around me.
