PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE VODIUM.COM, INC, Washington, DC Vice President Operations Recruited, as former founder of industry-leading competitor, to restore revenues and profitability to this venture-backed provider of Webcasting and communication solutions by re-establishing client confidence, enhancing and stabilizing existing products and services, and setting the direction for new product development. As member of the executive management team: • Developed and executed company strategy; • Set pricing and profit determination; • Increased revenues from $1.1M to $1.9M over a twelve month period; • Increased customer base by 70% over preceding year; • Established reoccurring revenue stream of 86%; and • Worked with CEO and Board of Directors positioning the Company for sale. Designed and implemented major system upgrade to audience reporting systems delivering significant new functionality and reliability. New implementations include a complex Webcast notification and prompting system and a state-of-the-art, real-time, web-based feedback system forwarding viewer metrics and response information directly to the client. Increased operational efficiencies and service/product quality across all deliverables while simultaneously scaling operations; established procedures and performance standards, redesigned network management and fulfillment systems; and introduced web-based Project Analysis and Logistics Measurement System (PALMS).
