About Michael Alder
I recently graduated from Dalhousie University with a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering. I'll be continuing my education at UNB in Fall 2024 where I'll be starting my research-based MScE in Chemical Engineering. My research will focus on the impact of nuclear waste from sodium fast reactors on the eventual Canadian DGR. I have vast experience in R&D work spanning the perovskite solar industry, waste management industry, and general field of civil engineering solutions. Most recently I've been working as an R&D intern at AIL in Sackville, NB, where my primary role has been to design and build an innovative prototype noise barrier using AIL's soundwall system.
