About Michael Alverstrand

Today I work as a group manager within WSP Rail Advisory. Before I worked at AB Transitio. I was responsible for the project portfolio of the rolling stock of regional trains and acted as a project manager for some of the projects. Previously I worked as a project manager at Scania. I was responsible for the global production preparations and for efficient product introductions into the final assembly line of bus chassis. I have also worked within the nuclear industry. At first I worked as project coordinator in six different projects at Ringhals nuclear power plant. Then as a design coordinator and design engineer within process/mechanical engineering at Forsmark nuclear power plant. The areas which interests me and my education covers are quality, operation or product development engineering, and project management. I am a person who is constantly looking for development and strive for perfection. Furthermore I am a goal-oriented team player with high loyalty.
