Clients, co-workers, and management are given respect, a voice, and a clear understanding of our objectives to reach the end goal. I am most proud of my ability to meet new clients and foster the growth of their book of business; doing so through maximizing the multitude of products Great American has to offer.When I am not analyzing risk and building profitable business relationships, I’m most likely running around a playground or dancing in the kitchen with my elementary school aged daughter. In life, I am an advocate of the golden rule, “treat others as one would like to be treated”- so much so, that I became a “Big Brother” through a local Big Brother/Big Sister program in 2012 and I donated my liver to a friend battling liver disease in 2025. In my free time I serve as Chairman of the Board (2024 & 2025) at my country club where I took on the responsibilities of "interim general manager" for a six-month period, as we filled the position opening. Responsibilities for this $5M+ operation consisted of: • Creating, implementing, and fostered a new brand vision and club culture in 2025• Empowering department heads to drive towards the collective vision and goals in 2025• Led the implementation of a new payroll company • Led the overhaul of the club's health insurance benefits package for over fifty employees• Led a complete system upgrade for the club's CRM and POSI care deeply about equality at work and within the greater society; I’m always eager to meet like-minded professionals.
