About Michael Anthony

As a private practice therapist with experience working face to face with individuals and couples both in person and virtually, I enjoy creating safe spaces where clients feel comfortable and supported in reaching their goals. My personal passions include diminishing the stigma that exists for men in the mental health space; helping clients work through trauma via EMDR; and incorporating movement and eastern philosophy into evidence based therapy practices. I am a big believer in supporting one's community and have 12 years of additional experience in the mental health field working with non-profits that served people with disabilities and neurodiverse needs, at risk youth, and under resourced community members. I welcome connecting with fellow mental health practitioners and prospective clients. I also enjoy participating in speaking engagements and events that promote mental health awareness and well being.
