Over the past 30 years, leading operations and mentoring adults have been integral to my career. As the Director at Sergeants Major Academy directing training programs, I have added a passion for academic organizational leadership to my keenness for Aviation Management. My role as a director includes preparing master sergeants and sergeants major to leadership positions from a tactical level of thinking to an operational and strategic perspective. My biggest strengths are: ACADEMIC OVERSIGHT - I currently provide oversight to six departments to monitor the quality of education, academic operations, and staff management. TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP - I possess outstanding aviation and technical, and managerial leadership competencies. I served as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting technical and structural issues and resourcing. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY - I design, implement and supervise SHARP.
