In the journey finding my career path, I found out that I'm passionate in developing and empowering people. People is the greatest asset in every company that need to be carefully manage. I also interest to learn about how leaders can be motivate and inspire their people. I learned a lot in my past experiences dealing with customers, handling clients issue and gave problem-solution that bring value to them but also can benefit the company. I also interest in personal finance, technology and product development. The power to get things done is my ability. Also i have the power to be direct, polite and respectful to others which I think is key values in working at any level.
