Experienced technology professional who understands that technology on its own will not solve complex IT challenges or help make a business competitive. Business objectives, people, processes, and other IT priorities are always given attention on my projects to align technology appropriately. Having a history of striking the right balance between attention to detail and keeping an eye on what is happening in and around a project (i.e. the "big picture") has earned me a reputation for overcoming challenges and meeting project objectives. It's my passion to help people and organizations optimize their experience with technology. Not just by designing and deploying technical solutions to enhance the end user experience, but also around the projects, people and processes that are so very important to successfully improving that experience.
