About Michael Arvidsson

From December 2017 working as Operation Product Manager (OPM), with HW, with in the Product Devolvopment Unit for Radio towards Latin America and Iberia. Between 2014 and 2017 working as Lead SDM, line manager for Service Delivery Managers, towards Ericsson's customers in Latin America (mainly Asbanc Peru, ETB Colombia, ICE & Cabletica Costa Rica, ETECSA Cuba, AT & T & Axtel Mexico). Between 2012 and 2014 I was working in Costa Rica as CNS Manager in Ericsson towards North Latin America. Before my assignment in Costa Rica I had my own business, Importation, sales and reparation of computer products and accessories during two years in Madrid Spain. Before opening my own business I had been working with telecommunication for Ericsson during 29 years, in many different positions and countries. When finish from Ericsson in Spain I was within hardware support strategies in Spain, but this was more a place I ended up after finalizing a long term contract as customer support manager in North Sub Sahara. In Sub Sahara I was responsible for Ericsson´s customer network support in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana and Nigeria, in the organization I had about 97 employees; Service Delivery Managers, group managers and engineers most of them located in Nigeria (where I also were living) but also some in Cameroon and Ghana. Earlier I was working with the Ericsson Crash Commission; performing root cause analysis world wide of important in service performance affecting events, identifying improvements in product, processes and training. In the work with the Crash Commission I was working with all Ericsson´s products globally (i.e. MSC, BSC, HLR, MGW, RNC, IMS, PPS, GPRS, IMS, IMT, Engine, OSS, etc.). Technically as a trouble shooter I have been working GSM (APZ, MSC), Wireline switches and CMS88.
