Seeking a Store Manager position where I can utilize my several years of experience in retail management and inventory management, as well as, my education. I am a motivated team player who is able to manage daily operations effectively while providing excellent customer service with attention to detail, great problem solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, organizational and computer competencies that will lead to continued growth. My goal is to join a team where I can be a part of a productive team, but am also capable of working independently without supervision. Currently seeking an opportunity in which I may contribute and grow my experience. In May 2016 as a Manager of Logistics, with full over sight and accountability of a primary team of 6 and secondary of 5 more. My primary responsibility was the successfully lead task like truck receiving, stocking, plan-o-gram's, pricing, cycle counts, out scanning, replenishment and scheduling. July of 2017 I transitioned to the Manager of Sales role taking on the primary responsibility of general office administration duties "ordering supplies, filing paperwork, cash office management", insuring sales programs are meet per company standards, and scheduling all task. As an Assistant Manager I was responsible for the hiring and development of all associates. Insuring a high level of training and accountability up to and including termination. The execution of all assigned task and any unfinished task discovered through store validations. The upkeep of store standard per company standard operating procedures and guidelines. July 2018 I expected a promotion to Store Manager. My responsibility included full over sight and accountability of my assigned store. I am responsible for the training and development of the staff up to 20 associates. The execution of all company standards and guidelines. The execution of all daily and month operational task. I am responsible for the stores P&L, forecasting sales budget, payroll compliance, and profit maximization through the successful execution of special event. I have lead two different store locations in both grossing 7-8 million yearly. I have successfully planed and organized the execution of multiple store inventories. I have also successfully help advance two direct reports to upper leadership.
