Research project topic for my candidature is managing organisational conflicts with emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence for employee well-being. Recently, I have attended the 5th International Conference in Hospitality and Tourism 2020, 19-21 February 2020, Guimarães, Portugal to present my paper “Systematic literature review on emotional intelligence and conflict management” and will be published in Journal of Global Scholars of Marketing Science. I have been working in the hotel and hospitality industry for 10 years with expertise in human resources and restaurant operations (F&B Management). After graduated from a master degree in 2013, I have experienced as a University Lecturer in the higher education industry.
