About Michael Ayo

Michael Ayo, professionally known as Faith Child, is a MOBO and multi-award winning rapper and presenter from South London. Graduating from London Metropolitan University with a Bachelors Honor’s degree in Performing Arts, the arts has played a major role in Faith’s life whether it be in front of the camera as an artist, public speaker or presenter, or behind the lens as a content and TV series producer. Having been releasing music for over a decade, Faith Child has performed in over 25 countries, with his sophomore album Airborne peaking at number 5 in the Official UK Charts - Christian and Gospel. With a wealth of experience in the arts, he has led as Project Manager on numerous arts related projects from large scale live concerts and events - booking venues, talent and vendors, to medium scale projects curating an online event incorporating facilitators from across 25 Europeans countries, engaging with stakeholders, facilitators and service providers. Passionate about positive role models and representation, Faith Child has actively done youth work as a mentor and youth worker across the UK and Europe for over 10 years, breaking stereotypes, reshaping youth culture and changing the negative perspectives young people have on life, identity and self worth.
