Dr. Michael B. He has over 34 years’ experience (30 active duty Air Force) in military operations with a full spectrum of experience - COMBAT AVIATOR, instructor, operational test and evaluation, flight examiner, staff officer, DESERT STORM air campaign planner and twice a commander. He attained over hours of fighter and trainer aircraft time, to include being a graduate of the USAF Fighter Weapons School in the and an initial cadre instructor for the F-15E at the Weapons School and the 422 Test and Evaluation Squadron.Dr. Hoyes holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree, which is an applied, multidisciplinary terminal degree designed to provide effective solutions, rooted in Christian ethics and values, for today's organizational challenges. The degree incorporated theories, ethics, and methodologies vital to leading and transforming organizations. With his emphasis on Strategic Leadership, Dr. Hoyes' particular focus provided an integrated approach to this multidisciplinary field that included studies in sociology, psychology, theology, organizational theory and other allied disciplines.Dr. Hoyes has authored the book,"Seeing Clearly-Principles, People, and Purpose-First Steps for Leaders," providing fundamental insights for experienced and inexperienced leaders.
