Together with Mayo Clinic and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, we are building the premier destination medical center in the MENA region, centered in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Our clinical practice includes a multidisciplinary IBD centre of excellence, state of the art liver care and advanced endoscopic procedures for the staging and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers and pre-cancerous conditions. We utilize several advanced imaging systems including AI Computer Aided Detection (CADe) colonoscopy, high resolution narrow band imaging, chromoendoscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound to localize and guide therapy. We utilized endoscopic resection techniques (EMR, ESD, FTRD, STER) as an alternative to surgery for removal of early cancers of the gastrointestinal tract. We are equipped with Spyglass, Spiral enteroscooy, robotic minimally invasive surgery, among other technologies. Our joint venture with MayoClinic includes more than 100 Mayo staff at SSMC, joint MDT conferences in cancer and liver, virtual and F2F care a Mayo when needed.
