Im a telecoms and customer service professional with experience supporting technical queries and in-person public engagement. I’ve worked across fibre broadband and mobile networks, helping customers and partner companies get the information and support they need. At Fibrus Networks, I managed wholesale service queries, supported retail service providers, and resolved fibre broadband issues using CRM systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR. Additionally, I served as a Fiber Ambassador in the community, promoting Project Stratum, a government-funded initiative aimed at delivering full-fibre broadband to rural and underserved areas in Northern Ireland. Earlier in my career, I worked at a Three UK retail store, supporting customers face-to-face with mobile, billing, and technical queries. This role sharpened my communication skills and taught me how to provide helpful, professional service in a fast-paced environment. I am currently seeking a new opportunity ideally within the telecommunications, public service, or visitor-focused sectors, and I am open to remote, hybrid, or office-based positions.
