About Michael Ballenger

I am currently serving as Office Manager for Trinity Consultants in their Orlando office. I began my career with Trinity in Maryland, where I gained significant experience navigating the stringent environmental requirements of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. I have developed a specialty in air permitting and compliance by working with both industry and government to implement business objectives while conforming to complex environmental regulations such as MACT and Nonattainment New Source Review. In 2007, I moved to Orlando to help open Trinity’s first office in Florida, and to help industry in Florida prepare for expanding environmental regulations (many new ozone nonattainment areas and a push for GHG regulation). Specialties: Environmental Specialties: Clean Air Act Permitting such as New Source Review (NSR), Prevention of Significant Deterioriation (PSD), and Title V. Climate Change Strategy Assessments, Refrigeration Compliance Management (CFCs), Environmental audits and Phase I Site Assessments, Emissions Inventories and Control Technology Analyses, Air Dispersion Modeling (AERMOD), and Risk Management Plans. Industry Specialties: power, natural gas, terminals, wood products, chemicals, govt. institutions.
