I am holding a national IT networking diploma with a solid computer and analytical skills, and work well with anyone on the team. I have hands on experience to the tune of five years serving top Hardware and Software companies, supporting cable and network communications systems as well as installation, implementation, and troubleshooting of computer/server network and cable systems, Cameras and IP phones. I have experience in all of the areas encompassed by this role through study and on field work, including Helpdesk administrator and support, Network administrator, and Support, Network technician, and engineer and Computer Support. My experience also consist of performing help desk administrative duties that included answering phones, emails and live chat for users who were having problems with their system. I have the ability to troubleshoot to find the source of the problem and then implement a suitable solution to get the user back up and running in a fast and efficient manner. In addition, I bring a wealth of other essential skills and qualities that I have developed through study, time management, attention to detail, presentation skills, customer service and the ability to meet deadlines. You will find me to be a positive, motivated and hard-working person who is keen to learn and contribute.
