During my last four years of service, I prepared to transition into a cybersecurity career 4 years in advance, got my finances in order, and built a plan. But even with all that preparation and success, I still struggled, like 48% of veterans leaving the military. ⌛ It took me nearly a year to adapt to rebuilding my identity and purpose, find a new structure, and overcome the internal weight of leaving the uniform behind. I am currently getting certified by ICF as a Leadership coach and will be certified by December 2025. I want to help leaders become better versions of themselves.
