As a seasoned Human Resources leader with over six years of progressive experience in the United States Army’s Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), I specialize in delivering strategic personnel management and operational excellence. Currently serving as HR Chief (GG-301-12) for the 30th Signal Battalion at Wheeler Army Airfield, HI, I oversee a team of military and civilian professionals, providing expert guidance on manpower programming, personnel operations, and organizational efficiency. My role involves consulting with leadership on resource strategies, conducting detailed reviews and analyses, and executing policies that enhance mission readiness. Previously, as HR Coordinator (GG-301-11), I managed the full spectrum of civilian personnel functions—recruitment, onboarding, awards, and performance evaluations—while mentoring staff and aligning efforts with Department of Army goals. My earlier roles as Management Assistant (GS-344-07) and Procurement Tech/Budget Analyst (GS-1106-05) honed my skills in administrative support, recruitment strategies, and resource allocation, laying a strong foundation for my HR expertise. With an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Leeward Community College and extensive professional development—including Supervisor HR Training, Recruiting Foundations, and Cyber Fundamentals—I bring a blend of technical proficiency and leadership acumen.
