A dedicated, selfless, driven entrepreneur and leader, with an unyielding dedication in challenging, empowering and developing others. This is me, Michael Banning, Metro Development Manager, former business owner and all around "People Expert."For the last several years, I have dedicated much of my career into enhancing a business' greatest asset and resource, its people. I have a tremendous amount of energy when it comes to leading internal and external teams, enhancing organizational productivity and exceeding business goals. I also enjoy identifying and implementing practical, cost-effective solutions to company problems. Creatively gifted in business and with an undying passion for helping others, I am extremely committed to cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing/prospective clients and colleagues.
