As an accomplished Supply Chain Professional with extensive experience in strategic supply chain management and inventory control, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to optimize business operations and drive sustainable growth. With a successful track record spanning multiple years, I have overseen supply chain functions for multiple companies, both domestically and internationally, effectively managing vendor relationships, SKU portfolios, and annual budgets. My most recent role as Strategic Supply Manager at Vertical Supply Group, based in Greensboro, NC, allowed me to work remotely from Biddeford, ME, leveraging my expertise in supply chain management across borders. I was directly responsible for the supply chain complexities of 12 companies in the USA, Canada, and the UK. These were comprised of 321 vendors that I was directly responsible for, 13K+ SKUs, and an annual spend of $16.5M. By forging strategic alliances with domestic and international vendors, I ensured smooth inventory operations and developed a robust supply chain network that significantly improved inventory performance and ROI. Adept at maximizing profitability, I skillfully and personally negotiated supplier agreements and contracts, conducted demand planning, and implemented purchasing strategies to adhere to budgetary constraints and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). My commitment to maintaining optimal on-hand inventory levels and budgetary control was evident through routine SKU rationalization and the management of stock safety levels. Prior to my tenure at Vertical Supply Group, I held pivotal roles in operations and procurement management at Maine Oxy, Gagne & Son, Mega Industries, and Sports Vision Technologies. In these roles, I continually optimized supply chain and logistics, developed pricing strategies, and streamlined production planning to enhance overall operational efficiency.
