I am a self-employed appraiser, real estate broker, property manager, and consultant. Presently and since 1976, I have been affiliated with Baribeau Agency, Inc. beginning as a Sales Associate in 1978. I am the current Owner and Designated Broker of Century 21 Baribeau Agency. Other divisions of the company Coast and Country Appraisal Services, and Rentex, Property Management, currently managed by my wife, Dianna Baribeau. The Baribeau Agency was established in 1927 by Henry M. Baribeau Sr, Mike’s grandfather and is believed to be the oldest independent family owned real estate company now existing in the State of Maine.
