40 years experience consulting with business, government, and nonprofit clients to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. These days my client work focuses on facilitation and coaching to improve organizational and inter-personal communication, resolve conflict and enhance collaboration that may involve HR/EEO and diversity-equity-inclusion issues. My approach is to establish an inclusive, participative, flexible and enriching learning experience that elicits candid conversation, questions assumptions, clarifies expectations while offering cogent insights, observations and actionable feedback that promotes individual and group awareness, growth and change. I also offer a professional development praxis, Cultivating a Facilitative Mindset, for internal and external organizational effectiveness, talent management, and training practitioners.
