My passions have led me to own and operate Barry of Windsor Hierophant, a luxury lifestyle jewelry brand. I serve as a high-profile project manager from scope creation through completion, including all custom deliverables. My marketing ability has allowed me to source talent in the Asian market, significantly expanding into the custom jewelry sector. I also serve as the Assistant Director of Admissions for the Pratt Institute. My strong leadership has allowed me to drive strategic vision, planning, and organizational effectiveness as needed. I work directly with leadership to implement Diversity Equity and Inclusion policies that affect recruitment rates and promote scholarship outreach. Because of my due diligence and strong work ethic, I was able to drive accountability and responsibility for 40% of all incoming minority recruitment. I implemented an East Asian diversity recruitment plan to successfully increase student recruiting in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and Korea. My vast understanding of the art and design fields, with a keen focus on Sculpture and Jewelry, has allowed me to serve as a Visiting Instructor for the Pratt Institute as well. There, I create and implement a comprehensive curriculum, including instructing a diverse student base on Sculpture for Illustration and Sculpture for Jewelry and Costume courses. I am a hard worker, a self-starter, and a good communicator. My strong collaboration skills with diverse groups in complex and high-pressure environments have proven successful in these endeavors.
