My passion for the sports and recreation field is unquestionable! Throughout my progressive career, I’ve been deeply focussed on creating positive and engaging environments where club members, customers, and participants feel safe and empowered to be the best versions of themselves through sports, health and fitness, and recreational activities. I deliver results by: Creating and implementing innovative sport, leisure, and recreation programs… Orchestrating continuous improvement and maintenance to sports facilities and operations… Developing staff capabilities focused on exceptional customer service and relationship building… Building win-win partnerships with business stakeholders (schools, sports clubs, and the community)… Selected impacts: GROWTH STRATEGY Delivered RMIT Sports Centre its first profit since opening in 2001 after establishing new pricing points and revenue collection strategy for all services. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Served as “RMIT Sports Centre (RSC) Lead Project Manager” for multiple major and minor capital works with $1.4M+ total value, including supporting other refurbishments, repair, and upgrade projects from $30K to $2.2M. FACILITY MANAGEMENT Transformed Health and Fitness group into a revenue-generating business unit through the establishment of a Customer Experience Program with a suite of health and fitness services guided with new operations and work instruction manual. MAINTENANCE AND COMPLIANCE Raised overall facility rating scores to 97%(FY14) from 92%(FY13) through spearheading critical assessment of centre issues, advance communication of all complaints, and providing immediate resolutions.
