My role is focused on fostering trade and investment opportunities, connecting businesses from both regions, and facilitating strategic partnerships across diverse sectors including AgriTech, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Aerospace, CleanTech, and more. With a deep understanding of the unique strengths Northern Ireland offers, I work closely with key stakeholders in Canadian academia, government, and industry to promote economic growth. My team and I build and nurture relationships across all 10 provinces and 3 territories, ensuring seamless business introductions and long-term collaborations that drive mutual success. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in positioning Northern Ireland as a premier investment location, aligning with the regions Economic Vision across priority clusters such as Digital, ICT, Creative Industries, Agri-Tech, Financial Services, Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering and Life & Health Sciences. My professional journey includes significant experience in the Canadian health technology sector, where I led business development efforts, launching a cloud-based SaaS solution for allied health professionals across North America. I also began my career in the investment banking sector, gaining invaluable experience in Prime Brokerage and Stock Lending at a Tier 1 Investment Bank.
