About Michael Beaudoin

After nearly 15 years in education, I've made the extremely difficult decision that now is the time for me to transition into the next phase of my professional career. Working my way up to become the youngest Principal in Wisconsin running the largest elementary school in the city of Milwaukee with just over 750 children and 100 direct reports is an accomplishment that will always mean so much to me. Doing so in such an expedited manner and at such a young age forced me to learn so much about people management, strategic problem-solving, and change management, all skills that will benefit me well in any position in my future positions, regardless of the company and/or role. As challenging as it was to leave a field that I was so passionate about for as long as I can remember, it has been such an amazing journey/opportunity taking all of the skills and experiences I've gained over the years to new and exciting career fields outside of education.
