About Michael Beeghly

As the Director of Quality & Compliance at MRO Holdings Inc, I oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety management systems for the largest independent MRO provider in the Americas. With over 35 years of aviation maintenance experience, I have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, delivering complex projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Lead the development and implementation Maintenance ERP system at Southwest Airlines. Developed and implemented the MRO Quality Management System and Microsoft BI analytical dashboards for QA, EHS and SMS teams. Standardized processes across all four of our Part 145 MROs. My aviation career began in the U.S. Navy, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate. I then transitioned to the civilian aviation industry, where I worked as a mechanic, an inspector, and a leader on various aircraft models and maintenance levels. I have also earned my Airframe and Powerplant certificate and a FCC license, which demonstrate my technical proficiency and competence in the field. My passion is to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability for our customers and stakeholders.
