An independent consultant focusing on risk management, personal and process safety, change management, and process improvement projects. With over 20 years of experience in this area, I've worked with major organizations throughout the US, and across a variety of industries including construction, transportation, manufacturing, oil & gas, electric utilities, and information technology. I've helped clients in various ways, including defining, managing, facilitating and coaching large process change, safety, and performance improvement programs. APPROACH: I'm a practical, hands-on, results-oriented professional. Exercising my commitment to getting the job done, I am comfortable working up, down and across organizational lines, with executives and front line staff alike. I bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent project management and problem solving skills to the teams I work with - always maintaining a focus on tangible, practical business outcomes.
