Michael's Experience- Serves as the initial point of contact for the Michigan Center for Infectious Disease Threats at the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health- Plans and coordinates events with leadership and staff. Works with venues outside of the University to coordinate agendas, seminars, and follow-up activities- Evaluates applicants as they pertain to the Travel Grant program including processing necessary approvals and financial support- Maintains the Center’s website social media, and targeted marketing campaigns including newsletters, flyers, and posters- Coordinates travel arrangements for guests both in and outside of the University- Manages and supports the calendar of the MCIDT founder, including reserving rooms both internally and externally, managing virtual meetings and recording meeting minutes- Monitors and assists with the budget for the center- Assists with drafting of documents and slides pertaining to budgets, center updates, etc.
