I am passionate about helping our customers with a real emphasis on exceeding expectations. Great experience working with other Senior leaders planning and implementing business strategies. Using key stakeholders around me to influence change. I am a Graduate from the Nationwide 2020 Future Senior Leader programme where i was able to build on my remote networking and management Part of the Sticks & Stones initiative which is where we stand together against hate, combatting verbal and aggressive behaviour. Proud to be part of this team and winning the “Have a go” Award at the Nationwide Annual awards in 2020. Also a finalist at the 2018 Annual awards for “Branch of the year” where i led Kingston to this.
