A motivated and skilled engineer versatile and driven to achieve goals within diverse conditions to strict time frames. Capable of being able to lead or work within a team, Is also comfortable to work individually. Currently employed in the Royal Navy working onboard HM submarines which I have done for 12 years. I'm a firm believer in motivation, honesty, integrity, hard work, professionalism, team work, time keeping and meeting job targets. I have successfully fulfilled a junior managing position for the past 5 years and been offered a position in a middle manager management position. Within my current position, I have organised teams to achieve large tasks within strict deadlines, managed individual teams and tasks, I have been heavily involved in the training and progression of junior engineers, created technical procedures, fault found on mechanical and electrical systems and created safe systems of work.
