I am also responsible support content creation for the MakerBot product line, which includes 3D printers, software, and cloud services as well as providing customer support on case escalations. I have been in this role for over a year. Before joining UltiMaker, I worked as a Customer Support Agent at MakerBot for two years, where I handled customer inquiries, resolved technical issues, and delivered product training. I also have six years of experience as an Assistant Manager at GameStop, where I managed sales, inventory, and staff training. I have a strong background in customer service management, problem solving, and retail operations. My mission is to help customers get the most out of their MakerBot products and to share my passion for 3D printing and technology.
