As a commercial civil estimator my focal point is scope of work development with the administration and construction of civil engineering blue print drawings. Our team designs, value engineers and constructs civil engineering projects for new and life long clients. From concept to completion we provide soils testing, soil remediation, soils reports, topographical maps and grade setting for elevation. Services also include commercial site development focusing on soil grade, rock grade and finish grade. Naturally we provide the next step in total site Including hard demolition, contour grading, integrated site concrete, poured in place structures, footings, pier foundations, grade beams, concrete light bases, caisson foundations for drive thru menu order boards and foundations for trash enclosures. We are experts at ADA compliance and have built hundreds of ADA complaint ramps, walkways and directional path of travel. Finally we take the job to completion providing the finish grade and installing new hot mix asphalt paving. Our California "A" engineering license allows us to cover all your site development needs. Out of default, off-site construction as part of our business has led us to countless public works projects. This includes D.I.R work and public works contracts. The last 10 years our business has added about 25% more projects since we put more effort into capturing the heavy specification driven public works construction market that focuses on State, County and local City contracts. Having support form our local vendors and material suppliers has given us the leverage we need to get your project done on schedule and on budget.
