I'm an experienced training supervisor and forensic analyst with a passion for developing others and contributing to their success. I have a proven track record for exceeding OKRs and other objective-based goals well before deadlines. My success is driven by my desire to excel at any task put in front of me and my never-ending thirst for knowledge. I love teaching others new skills and am the go-to person when someone needs support. I show my impact through the positive and supportive environment I create and maintain via my day-to-day interactions and educational background. I utilize my diverse scope of knowledge and skills to solve a variety of problems, including problems outside of my department. Despite my supervisory role, I still love getting my hands dirty and assisting clients and law enforcement with the apprehension and prosecution of criminal actors. I feel a great sense of fulfillment knowing my work has a positive impact on our clients and society.
