About Michael Biba

Experienced Chief Executive Officer that started as an unpaid intern and climbed the ladder through hard work and dedication resulting in ownership and opportunity. This was all achieved by building a therapy practice focused on caring for patients and not just their symptoms while also driving team members to grow in all ways possible. This dedicated approach grew the company from one clinic with four employees to heights of twelve locations and almost two-hundred members of our team. Success has been realized through personal and professional growth with a constant desire for continued formal and informal education. This approach allowed for the recruiting and building of an exceptional team by modeling the way through leadership and mentorship. This approach continues, and I am interested in collaborating with others, as we add a sports performance division to Peak Physical Therapy and Wellness.
