About Michael Bindley

Currently, I am managing and building a small dynamic team within Time4Advice that conducts Manual and Automated software testing for several projects in parallel. From the ground up over the past several years, I have taken my career as a "solo" Software Test Analyst within T4A and built a continuous delivery QA team with both Manual focus, Regression, and Automation using Java/ JS/ HTML/ Groovy/ Selenium/ JMeter/ with a continuous deployment pipeline facilitated by Jenkins and Microsoft Azure. My current object as a Test Manager is to build, maintain and scale dynamically cost-effective Automation and Manual test cases. I've found that one cannot exist without the other in a real-world application, from Product to Development to Testing and finally Automated Regression. These real-world applications of software testing can sometimes be laborious and costly, but it doesn't have to be, dealing in organic growth and scaling internally while also leveraging internal positions of power to improve and save small and medium business in both short- and long-term growth potential.
