I follow the rules of Chain of Custody on each case. I bring with me the following: • Extensive history in analyzing and collecting facts to solve cases surrounding crime such as fraud, forgery, and theft as Police Sergeant, Detective, and as Senior Investigative Agent. • Astute analytical and observation skills for suspicious and illegal activity. • Ensures ethic and integrity while leading teams. • Drives improvements in processes, tools, and operations that save time and money. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and agencies in rescue situations, to share information, and solve cases. • Builds strong relationships and values inclusivity in the workforce. Some highlights of my career include: • Performed as Hostage and Crises Team Supervisor and Negotiator: deescalated sensitive, hostile, high-pressure situations, completed complex negotiations and coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve critical situations. • Successfully negotiated suicide prevention in several situations and facilitated subsequent psychiatric treatment. • Set up command centers for large-scale incidents such as fires with mass casualties and collaborated with external agencies. • Instrumental in organizational command structure of St. Louis City Police Department initiatives on-site for large-scale tornado disaster in Joplin, Missouri. Organized officers into patrol plans, tracked progress daily and provided real-time adjustments. Ensured team possessed necessary life safety equipment during natural disaster • Organized actions to reduce impact of active shooter and accounted for presence of 250 employees during incident. • Successfully collaborated with banking industry to track fraud on accounts, credit cards, and debit cards. Gathered evidence of transactions and locations to build cases and report appropriately.
