Currently serving as Principal and Managing Member of Blanco Family of Schools. I deliver strategic leadership across the preschool management organization, serving as an active investor specializing in early childhood education. As a serial entrepreneur, I previously served as Owner and Managing Partner of M. Blanco & Co, providing tax, accounting, and compliance services to various clients and organizations. As a founder, I grew the firm from inception to $2M plus in billings, placing the firm in the top 1% of Revenue per Partner billings in the Country. Also skilled at fostering relationships with cross-functional team members, I ensure the successful execution of strategic business plans.
