About Michael Blevins

I am a retired law enforcement professional with nearly 32 years of service. Skilled in asset management, mobile CAD, records management, jail records management, and other law enforcement responsibilities. I am very proficient in leadership, financial accountability, successful project completion, and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. I am a graduate of Bethel University and possess a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Human Resources Management. I am currently employed as a HyperCare Support Specialist for Public Safety & Justice software. I was the Project Manager for the successful implementation of the Inform Suite Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management System, Jail Management System, and Mobile platforms from TriTech Software Systems. This project was very challenging and spanned a period of 2 years from evaluation, acquisition, and implementation. I had the responsibility of the financial management, direction and leadership of several teams of first responders, and coordination of the implementation to Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Services, and Fire Protection entities located within our political boundaries.
