About Michael Bloom

Goal oriented and very self demanding on ethics, personal and career development, and making good on promises. I strive to work each day with a strong ethical compass, to engage with a team mentality to play to win, and constantly utilize my hunger for knowledge. With this in mind, my main focus at 3M is to provide customers with solutions to their problem. I will not deliver a solution or provide a suggestion unless, without a shadow of a doubt, the information relayed is 100% accurate and applicable for their given project. I have extensive history with restaurants, including back of house, preparation, hosting, and primarily in serving. My experience at Pinstripes helped me develop catering and large-event service skills. These skills have permutated into a career with customer service-I want to ensure 3M continues to grow into new market segments as well as strengthen it's current businesses by provide exemplary customer service, thus maintaining a strong cohesive bond between consumer and the business. As a musical theater major, I still remain active in the greater Twin Cities area. I enjoy working/performing with children, singing, building, fighting, creating experiences that will stand the test of time, challenge the mind and bring joy to ones soul. I have extensive stage combat training and have found a niche home with Human Combat Chess. With that experience I am now the Sheriff at the MN Renaissance Fair.
