About Michael Blundell

With over a decade of experience in the property industry and a proven background in customer-focused roles, I am dedicated to creating positive, lasting experiences for those I work with. After a successful period as a CUPRA Specialist Sales Executive, I am excited to return to the property sector. This time, my focus is on making a meaningful impact in the community through my role with St Petrocs, working to combat homelessness in Cornwall. Helping people find stability and security is more than a job. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and my ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service standards. Having developed strong leadership and management skills, I’m confident in my ability to guide teams while remaining a dedicated team player. I’m always eager to learn and pass on knowledge, making me a confident mentor to others. I'm highly organised with a sharp attention to detail, skilled in negotiation, and able to manage my time and tasks efficiently. My genuine enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges drives my success in all aspects of my work. Outside of work, I’m passionate about property, exploring new destinations, and capturing moments through photography.
