My 20+ year career in healthcare began when I got a position with HBO & Company, the leading HIT company in GA. Later acquired by McKesson, I expanded my understanding of the intricacies of healthcare and the importance of what we did and how we did it. Through my deep experience with sales and working directly with executives, nurses, and physicians at hospitals, I am able to help these organizations to be able to deliver on their mission. The thrill of connecting with potential customers and having the pleasure of calling them clients is invigorating. I love the research, strategy, implementation, and maintaining relationships that are so crucial to the business. I am intrigued by the ever-evolving industry itself and constantly learning new advances in the healthcare field. Now, as the VP of Commercial Sales for DSS, I am honored to lead their talented Juno Health sales team. This role challenges me to build, develop, motivate, and retain our salesforce while also affording me the opportunity to optimize our processes and tools, territory and account strategy, brand development, and executive presentations. While healthcare sales is my dream career, my other passion is rooting for my Alma Mater, Auburn University’s football team. In fact, I once attended 26-straight Auburn-Alabama “Iron Bowl” football games before letting the streak end!
