About Michael Bonello

My name is Michael Bonello and I offer a wide range of skills allowing me to perform both technical and business functions. My experiences include working in small companies and large top Canadian companies. In the past, I demonstrated leadership as a Technical Lead while supporting Premier Microsoft customers, being a focal for clients and representing our department in audits and meetings. While moving into some management roles, As the Department's Primary Coordinator, I annually update our Contingency Planning strategy. As well, I review all intakes involving our team's resources. My technical side includes a vast range including support of Premier Microsoft customers, supporting a Development team for any issues, and provided assistance to over 1500 branches with technical issues. Remediating vulnerabilities in all desktops across Canada takes up much of my time now. I endeavour to always expand my knowledge and show a commitment to the company I work for.
